In this role, you will leverage your skills in G Suite to support our executive team, contributing directly to the efficiency and professionalism of our operations.
Position Summary:
The Executive Assistant at Diamond Peak Recruiting will play a crucial role in supporting our fast-paced and dynamic environment. You will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, including email and calendar management, office maintenance, and social media engagement, among others. Your role will enable our executives to maximize their time and focus on strategic business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and prioritize incoming emails and schedule appointments using Google Calendar, ensuring effective time management and communication.
- Maintain and organize office spaces and resources, ensuring a pleasant and functional working environment.
- Develop and implement an engaging social media strategy across various platforms to enhance our brand presence and industry influence.
- Assist in creating and editing presentations, reports, and communications using G Suite tools.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Facilitate internal and external communication, utilizing Gmail, Google Chat, and Google Meet to coordinate with team members and external partners.
- Support the executive team in project management and other administrative tasks as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
- Organize and archive documents in Google Drive, ensuring easy access and systematic order.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience (preferred)
- Proficiency in G Suite, including Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Slides.
- Experience in social media management and digital communication (preferred)
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and task management.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive information.
- Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
